appointment slots are designed for individuals with a moderate amount of 100-120 natural lashes per eye. Clients with more delicate lashes might find their sessions to be quicker, whereas those with abundant lashes may require additional time to achieve their desired outcome

unsure which time slot to book?

kindly text me pics of your natural lashes in good lighting, view from the bottom/looking up to show the lash layers clearly.

DETERMINING FACTORS

+ amount of natural lashes available to lash

+ numbers of layers of lashes

+ lash line cleanliness – as cleaning will require extra time

+ if lashes are easy to isolate or grow downward or into each other

therefore we can only estimate the duration of an appointment if photos of the current state of the lashes are available {view from top & front}. exact final time can only be told by the end of the appointment.

/extensions staying securely attached to the
natural lashes even until after they have shed naturally/

our 6-8 weeks retention is achieved by gently wrapping every extension around the body of the natural lashes – achieving a seamless bond with zero chance of lifting & maximizing comfort.

FROM

+ lash breakage by lash curler

+ premature wrinkles from rubbing during mascara removal

+ brittle lashes from chemicals in mascaras

+ bald spots & lash loss from falsies being incorrectly removed

SHORT TERM

+ extra snoozing time in the morning

+ saving time on getting ready & removing make-up

+ 24/7 effortless dazzling eye enhancement

+ relaxing monthly self-care session

LONG-TERM

+ prevent premature wrinkles from the excessive rubbing during mascara/eye make-up removal

+ less wrinkles by sleeping on our back instead of our sides {to avoid pressure on the lashes}

+ better skin & hair from no longer taking boiling hot showers {hot steam can loosen curl & adhesive bond}

+ less crying {tears can clump the lashes together & break down adhesive if not washed off with cleanser immediately}

premium faux mink lashes

made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), a synthetic material that closely resembles the texture and appearance of the natural eyelashes

comfortable every day wear

cruelty-free, vegan

medical grade adhesive

+ formaldehyde/latex/paraben free

+ heat/oil/water resistant

+ flexible

+ vegan, cruelty-free

/from london lash/

adhesive can only stick to sparkling clean lashes: free of oily/creamy products, or mascara/make-up/lash glue.

best to stop using the products mentioned 3 days prior to getting extensions.

*lashes that require cleaning will add 10-20′ extra time to the appointment. clients will also be 100% responsible for any retention issues.

+ no caffeine 12hrs prior {coffee, tea, bubble tea}, to avoid fluttering eyes.

+ get well rested – tired eyes tend to be more sensitive & tear up easily.

+ phone on silent, no vibrate. bring small earphones.

+ avoid fidgeting when an extension is being placed {when artist’s hands are making light contact with the client’s forehead}. any micro-movement will cost us extra time as it has to be restarted.

+ washroom break/stretch break available any time during the appointment.

while our regular clients get their lashes done for everyday work or school {since they’re extremely comfortable, long-lasting & prices are budget-friendly}, our extensions are also great for:

+ weddings/honeymoons

+ birthday dinners

+ anniversaries

+ vacations, traveling

+ graduation ceremonies, photoshoots

as they save a tons of time in getting ready, providing peace of mind & also water-proof.

while extensions are great for the most parts, these hours-long procedures sometimes do come with possible downsides

chemical burns

when the client’s eyes don’t fully close while talking or sleeping & being exposed to adhesive fumes can cause burning sensation + tearing up

+ eyes might appear red & clear up on their own after a period of time.

*this is preventable if the client is well-informed/self-awaree & the lash tech is highly observant

clients who take certain daily medications or existing health conditions might experience lash thinning, however the health of the natural lashes will be closely monitored & kept in tact.

possible allergies to adhesive/other liquids

+ symptoms include red eyes, swollen/sore eyelids that will develop within the first 24hrs & persist for more than 24hrs.

solutions

+ wash lashes with cold water immediately to relief symptoms

+ allergy pills can help symptoms to clear up in 2-3 days *must first be consulted with client’s health advisor*

+ free full removal available (must be booked within 72hrs) *however not recommended since it might irritate the already sensitive eyes even more*

+ cleaning twice per day minimum

+ any non-oily facial cleanser works, while foam works best

+ gently massage product onto lashes 60 secs {no pressure}

+ lukewarm water to rinse

WHEN TO WASH LASHES

+ after coming home from outside

+ after waking up

+ after crying, swimming, working out

CLEAN LASHES

+ stay fuller for longer

+ quicker fill time

+ longer wait time between fills

skipping cleaning just one night {especially with make-up on} can cause:

+ inflamed follicles

+ natural oil hardens around the base of the extensions & weakens adhesive bond, making them pop off prematurely.

+ mascara/eye make-up will be munched on by lash mites who also love oil, creating an outbreak – leading to premature shedding of the natural lashes & lashes to grow frail.

+ burning sensation from sweat & dirt build-up being released when the lashes are finally washed.

*a lack of care for the extensions will result in a halt in service + full removal + deep lash bath to let the natural lashes recover.

oil

+ oily eyelids must be blotted before the oil can reach the lashes, especially in warmer weather. lashes must be washed 3 times/day with lukewarm water to be oil-free.

+ avoid oil cleansers, oily products.

make-up

all make-up must be removed with non-oily remover before a deep lash cleanse for the extensions

+ sunscreens

+ creamy products and make-up

+ any kind of eyeliners

+ foundations, concealers

+ hair conditioners

*apply these products 1cm away from the lashes & wash lashes really well as soon as possible.

fills can be booked anytime at the client’s convenience.

all appointments {new sets & fills} are priced based on how long they take using the same rate, so the more time has passed since our last set, the longer an appointment might take {since there will be more new growth to lash}

+ outgrown extensions are removed & replaced with fresh extensions

+ extensions on resting lashes {that will no longer grow} with perfect attachment will be left as is to avoid disturbing them.

+ a mandatory rinse by the sink with lash foam by the client is needed to prep the lashes for the application.

lashes that require a lash bath will be performed by the lash technician {which will add extra time into the appointment}, depending on how much is needed to be cleaned.

due to the unique lash shedding cycle of each individual, appointment time will vary per person & is not expected to be the same all the time for each person to complete 100% full coverage.

+ clean, well-maintained lashes usually take less time

+ dirty lashes that require lash baths will cost more, since cleaning takes time + extra time replacing the premature shedding of the extensions from lack of cleaning.

extremely or repeatedly neglected lashes will result in full removal + discontinuation in service to protect the natural lash line.
